I added recently https://www.ign.es/wmts/pnoa-ma?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMTS&EPSG={wkid} to Maps/Spain to avoid hardcoding EPSG=3857 like ELI but we support {wkid} only for WMS right now, not WMTS yet.
Just another useless ELI crap. EPSG parameter is not needed at all. I'll keep this ticket to track a code deduplication between WMS and WMTS tile sources.
