    1 The only thing I can think of is maybe a small grayish icon similar to **eye-off.svg** ([[Image(browser/trunk/resources/images/dialogs/layerlist/eye-off.svg)]]) if the layer is inactive. That would help the mouse to find the place where to click to activate the layer ;)
