    1 The validator currently complains about the `smoothness:conditional` tag. It is documented in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Highway_Tag_Africa and even though it's currently very rare I think it's a useful combination in large parts of the world where road conditions change drastically between seasons.
