Fonts size too small for dialog boxes and the map

I can resize menus fonts by gui.scale.*=1.5 but not dialog boxes and maps.

xrandr :

Linux Debian 10.

xdyinfo got wrong dpi infos:
screen #0:

dimensions: 1920x1080 pixels (508x285 millimeters)
resolution: 96x96 dots per inch
depths (7): 24, 1, 4, 8, 15, 16, 32

What is the expected result?

JOSM should detect automatically the dpi value (144 here).

What happens instead?

JOSM is difficult to use.
GDI_SCALE=2 got huge and unusable fonts.
