Description
When opening a quarantined app for the first time, macOS passes an extra -psn_0_XXX argument, where XXX is the process serial number. This is a legacy behaviour from the days of the Carbon framework and collaborative multitasking.
This means that with the new builds, JOSM.app will close on its first run, and run fine on every subsequent run.
This has been reported as a java bug (internal 9067536, no external ID yet). In the meanwhile, you might have to open JOSM twice after installing it.
A workaround could be to ignore the -p argument.
