Description
Disable MapPaint style submenu for empty settings.
In the case of the MapWithAI plugin the following situation occurs:
Actual behavior: The Source Colors menu item is enabled, but no additional sub-menu is shown.
Desired behavior: If there is no sub-menu to show, then the Source Colors menu item should be disabled.
