What is the meaning of crossing=uncontrolled in JOSM? (preset)
When was crossing=uncontrolled introduced/impleneted in JOSM?
Is there are any link to a proposal / forum-talk / mailing-list-talk available, which was the source of the JOSM implementation?
I think the current wiki page for crossing=uncontrolled doesn't shows the full view / tag use explanation, maybe the page contains even wrong information, see:
