Ctrl+H sometimes doesn't work when splash screen is visible — at Version 2

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start JOSM, check that View -> History is enabled and Ctrl+H is shown as shortcut
  2. Try Ctrl+H
  3. Click into splashscreen area
  4. repeat 2

What is the expected result?

Ctrl+H should always react and show the dialog asking for a primitive id.

What happens instead?

Sometimes it doesn't (Windows plays an alarm sound). Clicking on the button in View->History still works in that situation.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

It seems that clicking into the splash screen area "kills" the shortcut.
Similar problem with the hotkey for reverter, but hotkey for ChangesetManager always seems to work.

Pressing F11 for "Fullscreen View" brings back the short cut. So, also the F11 shortcut doesn't show the problem.
