    17 I thought there was a special style for `area:highway`, but I can find it. The tag is checked in `UnclosedWays`, but it doesn't appear in method `hasAreaTags()` (comment:6). There are a few more discrepancies between these methods. This looks wrong to me, esp. a check for `amenities=*` was probably meant to be `amenity=*`.
