More optional tags in sports presets — at Version 4

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have an closed way selected
  2. Open sports=basketball preset.
  3. Try to add the surface of the pitch

What is the expected result?

A combo to add surface=*

What happens instead?

No combo

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

There are not many optional tags offered in sports presets. At least surface is useful for many but e.g. hoops for basketball would be nice.
