Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Have a .osm file with download='never' in xml header as active layer and another data layer
- download data
What is the expected result?
Any download dialog or download action is denied and a nice info warning is shown.
What happens instead?
The download dialogs open and download actions silently take place in other layer.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
