    11I tried your example (GerdP BTW, when you tested this why didn't you find issue fixed in r15665? :-) and I think this workflow is non-standard and not recommended.

    3 If this workflow should be more standard, then OSM-API should support getting parents much better than it does not. Othwerwise I rather find it a feature than an error that validator warnings pop up if the actively work outside download bounds.
