    1010- Cannot split multipolygons with multiple outer rings (this is supported by the code on a technical level, but has been disabled intentionally to prevent fragmentation since the assignment of multipolygon parts is essentially unpredictable and could lead to small disconnected slices floating around)
    1111- Split way must not connect to or intersect inners (this would require conversion of inners to outers which is not implemented)
     12- Split way relation member is not added in-order to be contiguous with the rest of the outer ring but simply appended
