In properties and memberships, not all items can be selected at once

As the subject says. This is important for removing all tags at once.

Use Case: The user needs a new line, that is connected to a road, but is not part of it, but JOSM creates it as an extension. The user then breaks the line, and is left with two lines, the original road and the short extension. The user wants to remove all the tags from the short line efficiently. The user wishes to select all, or use ctrl-a, and then hit the delete button or press the delete key on the keyboard.
