    22I think the animated GIF works fine, it is just a bit outdated, so I'll try to find a tool which creates this...

     4Sorry, I found no free tool for windows. I've tried to update the wiki but my screen shot manage-ignore.png seems to have a white background :(

     6Proposed description:
     7This window allows to remove items from the ignore list. You can use the delete key or the right mouse button to remove items. If you see only numbers and no descriptive texts the list was migrated from older JOSM versions. In this case it is recommended to remove all items and ignore them again to get the descriptive texts shown above.
