About Panel might show wrong plugin information

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Compile plugin (e.g. reverter ) from svn version 34930 and copy the binary to the plugin directory
2. Start JOSM
3. Use About (Shift+F1) -> Tab Plugins and note that it shows reverter Version: 34922
4. Use "Show Status Report", note that reverter plugin is displayed with the expected version 34930

What is the expected result?

Both dialogs should show the loaded version or the about dialog should make clear that it shows information about the current version on the server.

What happens instead?

The About dialog seems to show the latest version that is avaiable on the server

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Two more minor problems:
1) The list of plugins is not sorted by name
2) The button Information in the About->plugins panel shows a popup with information which is barely useful for users and the popup is not resizable.
