noexit=yes is tagged on line, not on node — at Initial Version

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- select highway
- select Vorlage "Straßen/Straßen/Straßenbeschränkungen"
- select "Kein Ausgang (Sackgasse)
- select "Vorlage anwenden"
What is the expected result?
Only one node (the last in the line) should get the "noexit=yes" tag (according to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Key:noexit)
What happens instead?
The whole line (highway) is tagged with noexit=yes, not only the last node in the line.
