    1 JOSM has a somewhat more complex way for the zoom parameter than other software: You can add {zoom+12} or subtract {zoom-7} or even reverse {7-zoom} the value. But it still requires the the levers have same meaning, only with different numbering. If they aren't created by power of two starting with full world, then it wont work.
