GPX/Nmea to Data Layer: speed is wrong — at Initial Version

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- open a nmea file
- convert it to a data layer
What happens instead?
The speed tag shows a wrong value. The speed should be multiply by 3.6. It looks like a m/s or km/h conversion.
