Description
Images in the JOSM Help Browser are not resized. The width parameter is neglected as noted in comment:9:ticket:15860. Probably r8933 caused this bug.
Examples for resizing are temporarily at the bottom Help/Dialog/LayerList. Please see the different view in the JOSM Help Window.
