NPE at sun.awt.shell.Win32ShellFolderManager2.createShellFolder (JFileChooser on Win 10 Creators Update)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. In Windows 10 64 bit (up to date), in JOSM started from josm.jnlp or josm-tested.jar, upon klicken on "Open", it comes an error message, it is not possible to open anything.
2. Fehler bei "Öffnen"
