Would it be possible to add this plugin to this trac? https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/DefaultCcPlugin
This would be useful for plugins with several active developers.
E.g. for the mapillary plugin nokutu is the maintainer and developer, but recently floscher made the most changes to the plugin (See https://github.com/JOSM/Mapillary/commits/master and https://github.com/JOSM/Mapillary/graphs/contributors). So we could add floscher as default cc to tickets of the Plugin mapillary component.
(This feature was closed as wontfix for the trac core in favor of the plugin https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/8038)
