Some improvements for notes — at Initial Version

Description
Could we have, if possible:
- a way to search for something inside the notes
- a way to filter the notes (by status (to display only open notes, for example) or by some text (from the previous item))
- a way to sort by the text (we can sort by status, username, or date, but not by the text)
