Problem with pop-ups is that you have to close them every time (hit enter/esc)
If you place popup in the center (to remember position) it will clutter screen.
If you place it elsewhere, you will mouse mouse a lot to press ok/close.
This window/panel should be accessible only in expert mode.
Current docs:
- Help/Action/InfoAboutElements - map paint style tab is useful for style developers, but if should a be separate panel/window plug-in
