osm-obj-info plugin can replace advanced info

Problem with pop-ups is that you have to close them every time (hit enter/esc)

If you place popup in the center (to remember position) it will clutter screen.
If you place it elsewhere, you will mouse mouse a lot.

This window/panel should be accessible only in expert mode.
