    812Personally I won't use help portal if there no JOSM tools. Because I explain JOSM in tools 90% of the time and 10% of the time is a first time screen with all menus.

    10 I watched many videos from CAD/QGIS tutors; I was a CAD user/developer for a couple of users. I used to teach CAD other in the past; most of their materials are about tools and interface covered as reference (like in QGIS documentation)
