    88Furthermore, "popular plug-ins" was removed just [https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Plugins?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&action=diff&version=551&old_version=550&sfp_email=&sfph_mail= 10 days ago]. Personally I don't see any good reason for it.

    10 What is the "main" program? If WMS plugin was included in core 4 years ago, makes it "main" program now? If building_tools is not included in main program because it contains bugs and rare stability issues, but everyone uses or recommends it, we should create separate page where it will be listed along with other non "main" tools?
