Draw cycleway lanes in "Lane and Road attributes" style

The "Lane and Road attributes" style is showing cycleway=track. But cycleway=lane are completely ignored:

Here (in Switzerland) cycleway lanes are separated from the normal street by a thin dashed line.
Can cycle lanes be show? Perhaps half the width of a cycle track separated from the street with a dashed line with half the with and double frequency of the normal dashed lines used for separating normal lanes and as part of the street (hand drawn mock):
