    1 Is there a reason to support support ISO3166-1-alpha2 '''and''' ISO3166-1-alpha3? I think the 2 letter codes are more common. This new country database will only be used by JOSM related code. So everybody can use the 2 letter codes there. Removing the three letter codes would reduce the file size.
