    1 Have you tried [/Help/Plugin/TurnRestrictions Turn restrictions plugin]? It has a little different workflow than iD's widget - I just select the //from way//, //via node//, //to way// (in that order), click on the //create new turnrestriction// button, select the proper turn restriction type (it even seems to try to guess correct one) and confirm.
