WIWOSM status is wrong for Articles with umlauts

Problem

If your list of WP-articles contains titles with umlauts then for those WIWOSM-status is not shown.

Reproduce

Use BBOX 9.711137795376327,52.38044941063765,9.719680565790513,52.38318524097223 (around "Welfenschloss Hannover") and language "de".

Articles are GET by ​http://toolserver.org/~kolossos/geoworld/marks.php?bbox=9.711137795376327,52.38044941063765,9.719680565790513,52.38318524097223&LANG=de.

WIWOSM status is POSTed here (changed to GET for ticket purpose) ​http://toolserver.org/~master/osmjson/getGeoJSON.php?action=check&lang=de&articles=Liste+von+Denkm%C3%A4lern+in+Hannover%23Niedersachsenross%2CListe+der+Baudenkmale+in+Hannover-Nord%23Welfenschloss_im_Welfengarten%2CGottfried+Wilhelm+Leibniz+Universit%C3%A4t+Hannover%2CHerrenh%C3%A4user+Allee%2CWelfenschloss

As you see all three main articles are status 1 (WIWOSM online), but dialogue only shows "Welfenschloss" but not the other two containing "ä".

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

Hopefully fixed in [o29323], [o29324].
Please reopen otherwise.

I hate platform dependent default encodings in Java. UTF-8 everywhere!

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain simon04.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
