Description
Problem
If your list of WP-articles contains titles with umlauts then for those WIWOSM-status is not shown.
Reproduce
Use BBOX 9.711137795376327,52.38044941063765,9.719680565790513,52.38318524097223 (around "Welfenschloss Hannover") and language "de".
Articles are GET by http://toolserver.org/~kolossos/geoworld/marks.php?bbox=9.711137795376327,52.38044941063765,9.719680565790513,52.38318524097223&LANG=de.
WIWOSM status is POSTed here (changed to GET for ticket purpose) http://toolserver.org/~master/osmjson/getGeoJSON.php?action=check&lang=de&articles=Liste+von+Denkm%C3%A4lern+in+Hannover%23Niedersachsenross%2CListe+der+Baudenkmale+in+Hannover-Nord%23Welfenschloss_im_Welfengarten%2CGottfried+Wilhelm+Leibniz+Universit%C3%A4t+Hannover%2CHerrenh%C3%A4user+Allee%2CWelfenschloss
As you see all three main articles are status 1 (WIWOSM online), but dialogue only shows "Welfenschloss" but not the other two containing "ä".

Hopefully fixed in [o29323], [o29324].
Please reopen otherwise.
I hate platform dependent default encodings in Java. UTF-8 everywhere!
