false repaint of preferences when changing window size

Description

If I open the utilsplugin2 preferences dialog in a small window it is not useable (no scrollbar).

If I make the window greater again the lines are broken to early and I have to use fullscreen to get all on the screen:

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
