Toolbar action bugs with buildings_tools

Just happened to discover this minor bug with the plugin. Here's the steps to reproduce it:

1) Start with a completely fresh profile for JOSM and download just the 'buildings_tools' plugin.
2) Restart JOSM so the plugin is activated.
3) Once JOSM has been restarted, download a small area of data.
4) Hit your 'F12' button to access your preferences.
5) Select the 'Toolbar customization' section on the left.

What happens:
If you have the command line open for JOSM, you see the following toolbar action errors:

INFO: Toolbar action mapmode/building overwritten: org.openstreetmap.josm.plugins.buildings_tools.BuildingSizeAction gets org.openstreetmap.josm.plugins.buildings_tools.DrawBuildingAction
INFO: Toolbar action mapmode/building overwritten: org.openstreetmap.josm.plugins.buildings_tools.DrawBuildingAction gets org.openstreetmap.josm.plugins.buildings_tools.BuildingSizeAction

What should happen:
Those errors shouldn't happen.
