Description (last modified by )
I am trying to open KML files generated by a script I use to analyse data, I have discovered several boundary relations with UTF-8 encoding errors in the name, and would like to use the generated KML files to pan the editor to the location in question, instead of having to manually download the area.
When trying to open a KML I get the attached error message:

the colors are invalid. See https://developers.google.com/kml/documentation/kmlreference#colorstyle
colors must be of the form "aarrggbb", not textual labels like "red" or "yellow".
