Add traffico-resources

These resources have been generated from ​https://github.com/mapillary/traffico/tree/68073cc43d8c027fc71c574501680a8d0d217ad9 :

  • the font itself as TrueType font (traffico.ttf)
  • the sign definitions (the json-files in the signs/-directory)
  • the mapping of sign-elements (I call them glyphs) to Unicode-codepoints
