Remove plugin walkingpapers

Description

I'd like to propose to remove the ​walkingpapers-plugin from the SVN repository and no longer ​offer it for download.

That's because the website ​http://walking-papers.org is now owned by "West Orange consulting", so the plugin won't work anymore. And there is now ​another plugin, that adapted the walkingpapers plugin for the new site ​http://fieldpapers.org, which is the successor of the walkingpapers project.

So I see no need to have the walkingpapers plugin in the SVN repository, when there is another more up-to-date plugin at the same time. What do you think?
