9152	Map style forced icon resizing made style unusable	alv	Don-vip	"We've been using a JOSM style to help us map traffic signs, for completeness and for quality assurance. Between tested r6115 and tested r6238 the map drawing engine seems to have changed in that it forcefully resizes all (big) icons. Our style relies on drawing several icons for each node, where each traffic sign image has several versions with transparent space to position them vertically.

Now only the ""topmost"" sign is draw as-is, and all the other signs disappear virtually completely because of the resizing. This is making it hard to work with the data.
