2. Close josm
3. Open josm, download an area AND gpx traces for it
4. As the map appears, notes are downloaded and displayed.
5. But GPX traces download window shows no progress, being stuck at 0 traces. Both ""cancel"" and ""background"" buttons don't work, so the editor is completely blocked.
