8330	Custom tile server in download dialog	tomas	team	"It would be nice to have a possibility to add a custom tile server url to the download dialog (the one we get after pressing button ""Download map data from OSM server"").

This could be useful when:
1. Main OSM tileserver is down or extremely slow
2. Editing some features which are not rendered in ""main"" OSM tiles

This would also slightly reduce load on main tile server.

P.S. Probably this would also need a setting of ""default"" tile server used in this download dialog."	enhancement	closed	normal		Core		worksforme
