Running JOSM 5570 and 5531 on Mac OS X 10.7.5 with Java 1.7.0_09.

Test case: 
0. Having a directory called ""test JOSM"" with a gpx-file in it.
1. Draging the file to the JOSM window works and the file is opened.
2. Opening the file via the menu works as expected

3. Rename the directory to ""test JOSM åäö""
4. Drag the file to the window gives the error message ""No such file or directory""
5. Opening the file via the menu does not work as the directory ""test JOSM åäö"" cannot be found!"	defect	closed	normal		Core	latest	othersoftware	mac os X
