8012	Add/edit tag dialog should remember its last position	cquest	team	"When adding a tag, the ""recent used tags"" list should be clickable... this will save a few miles/month for many mice/wrists around the world ;)

To save more miles... the location of the dialog should be restored to its previous location so that the user can should were the dialog should appear instead of centering it all the times.
