in german osm-forum [1] we discovered, that it is possible to add taggs to nodes and ways with an empty key. I think this should be filtered like taggs without value, like relation-editor did already.

How to reproduce this: Just create a new node/way or select an existing one, add a tagg or change a tagg and let key-textbox empty or delete the existing content and click ok.
