Steps to reproduce:
1. F12 to go into settings
2. Display Settings > Look and Feel > ""Show object ID in selection lists"" (active it if it isn't already)
3. Download any way that still has an abbreviated street name (example, use way 19315788)
4. Once you have downloaded the way, activate the drawing mode (A).
5. Now, click anywhere in the way (where there are no nodes) and add just one.
6. Now do the following: File > Upload Data
7. The ""Suspicious data found. Upload anyway?"" window now shows up.
