7224	Failed to locate image for plugin	rickmastfan67	team	"This keeps showing up in the CL every time I start up JOSM, even though I never have downloaded this plugin:

Then every time I open up the ""Plugins"" menu to configure which ones are installed/uninstalled, the same message above shows up again.  Not sure if this is a bug with that plugin sending info to JOSM with an image, or is a problem with JOSM itself (which is why I left the component as ""Plugin"").
