6971	[PATCH] Tooltips for CT icons in authors dialog	olejorgenb	team	"I was somewhat confused by the meaning of the gray check-mark icon. Turns out it means ""auto-agreed"". I guess it's fairly obvious that a check-mark means agreed, but if something is unclear to one person, it's probably to others too.

I updated the docs (http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help/Dialog/UserList) and made a patch that adds elaborating tooltips.

The tooltip wording might be improved.
