6525	Unable to update undelete plugin to lastest version inside JOSM	rickmastfan67	team	"I noticed in [4179] that a file that was built into JOSM was moved to the ""undelete"" plugin.  Said change for the plugin was done in [o26196] and built in [o26197].  However, in r4186, I can't get the plugin to update from inside of JOSM.  I have the version of undelete from [o26174], and every time I hit the ""Download list"" or ""Update plugins"" button inside of JOSM, it keeps telling me that I have the latest version of the plugin.  Never have had this problem before, so I don't know what's up. :/
