6395	"""Paste Tags"" (Ctrl+Shift+V) now completely broken as of JOSM 4102"	rickmastfan67	team	"Just downloaded the new release made today (r4102) and noticed while building a new highway that the ""Paste Tags"" (Ctrl+Shift+V) has been broken completely.

I know in the past, all you had to do was ""Ctrl+C"" on a way that you wanted to copy the tags from and then ""Ctrl+Shift+V"" on the new blank way to paste the tags onto it.  You can now no longer do that in r4102.  It was still working as of r4096 still, so, a very recent change made today has unfortunately broken this.
