It works great, so that's not the problem.

It's when I open it in JOSM and try to open the sound-icon on the map..

First of all: the path names are like ""H:|gps logs|blahblah"" (I mean the vertical stripes..)
Secondly: the path name is wrong.. it tries to open ""..|log.gpx|sound.wav"" (wich is affcoarse wrong since log.gpx isn't a folder.
The sound file is in the same folder as the .gpx file.
