613	Unabortable wms download	anonymous	framm	"When downloading data from WMS and the downloading is stuck at zero for long time (like about a minute due to some network problems probably), I pressed the ""cancel"" button on the progress window. Instead of simply cancelling the download, text changed to ""Aborting"" and nothing more happens.
