603	Better recognition for coastline errors.	Skywave	framm	Hi, when i am trying to fix coastlines i always find it hard to find the error, i noticed on the map of the coastline checker, in JOSM. Maybe it would be possible to used the source of the checker ( i saw it was commmited in the OSM SVN). Such plugin would also be nice in the future when the coastline is all fixed to make sure people don't accidentally break it again.	enhancement	closed	major		Core		fixed
